REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take extra care to make sure you order the correct size, color and type of your items.  For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or resell body butters, adult toys and used items.

 

All Amorous Flirt products found to be defective due to defective workmanship are under 14 day defective warranty. If your item is defective within the first 14 days of ownership, please contact our customer service department at Customercare@amorousflirt.com

We may ask for a photo or video of the defective item. If an item is defective, we will replace the item with the same item.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Please take care in providing your shipping information. We create our shipping labels based upon what our clients provide. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 30% processing fee. No shipping refund will be issued.

Amorous Flirt is dedicated to expediting orders promptly; however, shipping and processing times vary per item.  Please see the description of each individual item to determine the processing and shipping information.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us.  For this reason Amorous Flirt DOES NOT brand our items. Packages are shipped in plain, white bubble mailers or plain boxes.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 
Amorous Flirt does not take responsibility for delays due to customs, inclement weather or postal delivery issues. If an item is rejected by customs and returned to us, Amorous Flirt will refund your account less a 30% restocking/processing fee plus the cost of shipping.
